2) SWEEPSTAKES TIMING
The 2026 February Big Game Giveaway (the "Sweepstakes") begins Saturday, January 31, 2026 at 12:00:01 a.m. Pacific Time ("PT") and ends Tuesday, February 3, 2026 at 11:59:59 p.m. PT (the "Entry Period").
A random drawing will take place on or about Wednesday, February 4, 2026 to select one (1) potential winner ("Winner"). Sponsor's database clock is the official timekeeper. Entry in this Sweepstakes does not constitute entry into any other sweepstakes or contest.
3) ELIGIBILITY
Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents who are physically located in one (1) of the fifty (50) United States or the District of Columbia, who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry ("Entrant").
Sponsor, Administrator, and each of their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising/promotion agencies, and any other companies associated with the Sweepstakes (collectively, the "Sweepstakes Entities"), and each of their officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, and their immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling, and their respective spouses) and household members (whether related or not) are not eligible.

4) HOW TO ENTER
A. Social Entry (Instagram):
During the Entry Period, eligible Entrants may enter by completing all of the following actions on the official Sweepstakes post (the "Post") on Sponsor's official Instagram account https://www.instagram.com/arenaclub):
Limit: One (1) entry per person during the Entry Period, regardless of the number of comments, posts, or accounts. Comments must be made during the Entry Period to be eligible.

Visit https://arenaclub.com/giveaway and complete the entry form with your full name, email, and eligibility confirmation. Limit one (1) AMOE entry per person during the Entry Period.
Sponsor is not responsible for late, lost, incomplete, or misdirected entries.
5) WINNER SELECTION / ODDS
One (1) potential Winner will be selected in a random drawing conducted by the Administrator from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period.
Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
If the selected Winner cannot accept the Prize for any reason, the Prize may be forfeited and awarded to an alternate potential winner, time permitting, at Sponsor's sole discretion.
6) PRIZE / ARV
One (1) Prize: Two (2) tickets to the 2026 professional football championship game (the "Event") (referred to in marketing as the "Big Game").
Seat Location: Section C217, Row 17 (exact seat numbers determined by ticket issuer; subject to change if reissued/replaced by ticket provider).
Approximate Retail Value ("ARV"): $40,000 USD (total for both tickets).
IMPORTANT — WHAT IS NOT INCLUDED: Prize includes tickets only. Travel, airfare, ground transportation, lodging, meals, incidentals, parking, gratuities, and any other costs or expenses are NOT included and are the sole responsibility of Winner.
Prize Conditions:
Event Cancellation/Change: If the Event is canceled, postponed, rescheduled, or not played/held for any reason, Sponsor's sole obligation will be to award an alternate prize of comparable value or cash equivalent, in Sponsor's sole discretion, to the extent permitted by law.
7) WINNER NOTIFICATION / VERIFICATION
Potential Winner will be notified via Instagram direct message and/or email (as determined by Sponsor/Administrator). Winner is subject to verification.
Potential Winner may be required to complete, sign, and return an Affidavit of Eligibility/Liability Release, and where lawful, a Publicity Release, and provide a completed IRS Form W-9 (collectively, the "Winner Documents") within three (3) business days of first attempted notification.
If a potential Winner fails to respond, fails to return required documents, is found ineligible, or if notification is returned as undeliverable, the potential Winner may be disqualified and an alternate potential Winner may be selected.
8) TAXES
Winner is solely responsible for any and all federal, state, and local taxes associated with the Prize. Sponsor will issue an IRS Form 1099 in Winner's name for the ARV, as required by law.
9) PUBLICITY RELEASE
Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of the Prize constitutes permission for Sweepstakes Entities to use Winner's name, likeness, photograph, voice, city/state, and Prize information for advertising, promotion, and publicity in any media worldwide in perpetuity without further compensation.
10) LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
By entering, Entrants release and hold harmless Sweepstakes Entities and their respective parent, subsidiary, and affiliated entities, and all of their respective shareholders, officers, directors, employees, agents, contractors, attorneys, successors, and assigns ("Released Parties") from and against all claims and damages arising out of or in connection with participation and/or entry in the Sweepstakes and/or receipt, use, or misuse of the Prize.
Released Parties are not responsible for technical failures, human error, unauthorized intervention, lost/late/misdirected entries, or any other issues that may limit an Entrant's ability to participate.
11) DISQUALIFICATION
Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual found to be tampering with the entry process, violating these Official Rules, acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or attempting to undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes.
12) MODIFICATION / FORCE MAJEURE
If the Sweepstakes cannot be conducted as planned due to causes beyond Sponsor's control (including but not limited to fraud, technical failures, public health crisis, acts of God, civil disturbance, war, terrorism, or changes to platform terms), Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Sweepstakes.
13) DISPUTES / GOVERNING LAW
Except where prohibited, Entrants agree that: (1) disputes will be resolved individually, without class action; (2) claims are limited to actual out-of-pocket costs; and (3) Entrants waive the right to trial by jury. All issues are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.
14) PRIVACY
Information collected in connection with this Sweepstakes will be used for administration of the Sweepstakes and in accordance with Sponsor's privacy policy.
15) INSTAGRAM DISCLAIMER
This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram. By participating, you release Instagram from any responsibility related to this Sweepstakes.
